This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help me give my students Better Than Paper bulletin board rolls, Post-it chart paper, and a variety of colorful markers to create an organized, inspiring classroom where learning comes to life.

My students are creative, eager, and full of curiosity; they thrive in an environment that is visually engaging and well-organized.

By using the Better Than Paper rolls, I will be able to create bright, reusable bulletin boards that make our classroom feel warm, welcoming, and focused on learning. The Post-it chart paper will help me create anchor charts during our lessons that we can move around the room and reference as needed. The colorful markers will be used both for creating these charts and for giving students meaningful, colorful feedback on their work — feedback that encourages and motivates them to keep growing.

These materials will help create a classroom where students can clearly see, interact with, and feel proud of their learning every day. My goal with this project is to give students a classroom environment that supports their understanding, creativity, and excitement for learning. For example, we will create anchor charts during our literacy lessons to display strategies for reading and writing, and use the Better Than Paper to design rotating bulletin boards that celebrate student work and important concepts. Students will also receive color-coded feedback with the markers, helping them easily spot areas where they are doing well and areas where they can improve. Your support will make a daily difference in their education!
