This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help me give my students the opportunity to organize their supplemental aids when working on independent assignments. Our school is an AVID campus (Advancement Via Individual Determination). AVID reinforces academic behaviors and higher level thinking that pertain to organization, study skills, communication and self-advocacy. It is an opportunity for students to develop skills that will improve college and career readiness. These tools will allow our learners to have access to tools needed to participate in STEM activities. Oranziational skills is a life long skill that is needed to be successful.
