This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I always like to start the year off with new supplies that get my Kindergarteners excited about school. Sticker charts and stickers are a must to help reinforce kindness and good behavior, along with small incentives like squishy mochi toys. Play doh is an excellent way to help students relieve stress and show off their creative side.

Lined dry erase boards are a must for each student to have to be able to practice writing letters, words, and sentences.

These boards are incorporated into our daily instruction during dictation. My little ones also enjoy using colored dry erase markers to draw pictures on them as well.

These essential kindergarten supplies will put smiles on their faces and have them looking forward to a great year ahead!
