Help me give my students basic hygiene related products to allow students to focus on their education and not have to worry about how their basic needs are going to be met

My Students

I am a school social worker at an elementary school in an urban school district. My students come from diverse backgrounds. The majority of students at our school qualify to receive free or reduced-priced lunch.

Our students face many barriers to achieving academic success.

Many of our students face significant challenges including experiencing or witnessing trauma. A lack of coping skills can lead to challenging behaviors that have to be addressed at school. Often, our students need assistance with managing self-control and anger, strengthening social skills, and building self-esteem.

My Project

This project provides fundamental toiletries like: toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, clothes, undergarments and deodorant. These items are vital for students, as not every student has access to these items at home.

This project will supply many students at my school with essential resources to keep them warm, clean, and healthy.

Please help us provide for our students the basic necessities that can help them focus on classroom instruction rather than personal cleanliness and needs. This project for essential resources will have a positive impact on our students. This will make them feel loved, secured, and comfortable.
