My students thirst for knowledge and wisdom but often lack the resources to quench their thirst. Please help us achieve higher level classroom discussions through classic literature.
My school is located in Queens, NY, the most culturally and ethnically diverse neighborhood in the world.
The children who enter my classroom, come from all over NYC. As such, they carry with them a wealth of knowledge that contributes to a dynamic classroom. However, many of my students also come from economically disadvantaged homes. Therefore, many times, resources are scarce.
My Project
Hygiene products such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tooth brushes, and tooth paste are essential products for health bodies. It has been proven that healthy children, who are shown love and compassion, by the adults in their lives, are more likely to remain in school and focus on their studies. With your help, I could show my children, my students, that they matter. You will help them attend school on a daily basis. You will help me keep them healthy, so they could continue coming to school, and remain on track for graduation. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
