My Project
Health and Well-Being: Proper hygiene products, such as deodorant, sanitary products, and soap, help prevent infections and promote overall health. Teens who have access to these products are less likely to experience skin issues, infections, or other health problems related to poor hygiene.
Comfort and Confidence: Access to hygiene products helps teens feel comfortable and confident.
For instance, having sanitary products available can prevent the discomfort and embarrassment associated with menstruation. Deodorants and other personal care items help teens feel fresh and self-assured.
Academic Performance: When students are comfortable and free from hygiene-related distractions or concerns, they can focus better on their studies. Proper hygiene can reduce absenteeism caused by health issues, ensuring that students attend school regularly and participate fully in their education.
Social Integration: Hygiene products help teens maintain their social interactions and peer relationships. Good hygiene is often linked to positive social experiences and reduced stigma, which can improve a student's social life and self-esteem.
Emotional and Psychological Impact: Access to hygiene products can alleviate stress and anxiety associated with personal hygiene concerns. Knowing they have what they need to manage their personal care can improve a teen’s emotional well-being and overall mental health.
