This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I can best describe my students as low income, high Hispanic population. My students have gone from at home learning and the comfort of what is provided at home to learning in a more firm environment of a classroom.

These are the basic supplies that are in high need in our classroom environment, which is usually funded through my own paycheck.

In order to ensure that students are ready to learn and are properly prepared.

My Project

These things are basic supplies such as glue, highlighters, scissors that are in a class set or enough to last 145 students for the remainder of the year. As we are getting closer to STAAR/ standardized testing it is crunch time and we are using supplies like crazy.

Some things this supplies will be used for is, foldable, passages, testing, and organization.

I have seen in the last few days highlighters disappear due to high use for just one passage that we have been working on this week. We are in need of basic supplies.
