My Project
Our school is a STEM focused school. We are geared towards education and do not currently have any traditional sports teams such as football, basketball or baseball. This year, we have started an eSports program. It has been a smash hit with our students. We have seen an improvement in attendance, assignments being turned in and GPA with those involved in eSports. It has been a tremendous triumph.
A gaming PC would allow our team to expand beyond just Nintendo Switch games and into PC titles that our players desperately want to compete in.
We need 5 Gaming PCs in order to compete in most games. We have 2 currently and this PC will move us to more than halfway through our goal.
eSports grants many students with the opportunity to earn college scholarships and access to education that they may not have without eSports. Our players are seeking not only to be competitive but to move on to higher education and the opportunity to have a full or partial scholarship in the future!
