ESL Students Staying Healthy!

Help me give my students a way to keep healthy by using tissue for runny noses, band-aids for boo-boos, and healthy snacks to encourage a healthy lifestyle.

My Students

I teach ESL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) for first grade. The students are of various academic levels, but they love to learn and get excited about reading and learning the English language when they realize they really can do it! They are from many countries around the world, and it is a treat to watch them grow throughout the school year and see how their English can flourish in the right educational setting. They love to learn, and it is a joy to teach in an ESL classroom.

My Project

Being healthy keeps students in school promoting learning so, with the recent health issues around the globe, the items I am requesting help with will promote a healthy lifestyle for my students.

During this time of the year, tissues are a necessity for any classroom, and being a separate class without a homeroom, ESL doesn't get donations, therefore; we really need help with tissues for our runny noses!

Healthy snacks are also a way to reinforce keeping a healthy body as a way to fight off any of the illnesses that may come our way.
