Thank you for considering my project for donation. By donating into this project, you are helping to put books into the hands of high school students who have newly arrived to the United States. My wonderful newcomers deserve access to high quality books at reading levels that are accessible.
The books I've requested represent diverse perspectives, topics and important life skills that all newcomers will need to know as they embark on their new journeys.
Please know each book or book set is carefully chosen so that all students can find something they are interested in. Further, with many students headed to college next year, I added the Life Skills set in hopes that my kiddos can learn valuable financial tips.
