Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are unique because they have the strength to persevere through challenges to achieve the best education they can. They are curious, interested, and never stop learning.
This year my students have an interest in how volcanoes erupt.
I am requesting books for us to read together and models for the students to see a eruption for themselves. I am looking forward sharing this experience with my students.
In my classroom, I create an environment for growth, self-reflection, and knowing anything is possible. My students are determined to learn, and this will impact our future as a society. My job is to support them on their journey to being well, rounded members of the community.
