This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
With your support, my students will have access to high-quality tools in the classroom. As a teacher, I think that it is essential that if I want my students to be able to produce high-quality work, then they need access to high-quality tools. As a teacher, trust me, there is a big difference between Elmer's gluestick and any other gluestick. In the classroom, Elmer's gluestick will last twice as long in comparison to other brands, where the glue will either dry out or contain as much. I also think that in order for students to collaborate actively, they need access to clipboards that will allow them to move around and still be able to work but also serve as a scaffold and flexible seating if a student prefers to sit on the carpet or anywhere else.
