My Project
This project will support my students physical wellness by giving them the tools to actively train and improve their skills outside the classroom. Passing trainers will help them focus on form, accuracy, and ball control during drills. Vertical jump trainers will build lower-body strength and explosiveness, helping students increase their jumping ability while also improving conditioning. Cushioned volleyballs will reduce impact during repetitive drills, allowing students to practice longer with less strain. Knee pads and arm sleeves will protect students from injury, increasing their confidence and willingness to fully engage. Ankle weights and resistance bands will be used to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve footwork, balance and coordination. These resources will allow students to engage in structured, active practices that promote fitness, teamwork, and confidence, keeping them healthy and active throughout the season.
