A highlight has been using the ankle weights, resistance bands, and vertical jumper in conditioning circuits where students track personal progress. When the athletes first saw the materials, they were excited and eager to try everything, especially knowing the equipment was just for them. Many shared that they felt motivated and supported by the donors' generosity.\r\n\r\nMoving forward, students are setting individual fitness goals and connecting their training to on-court performance. We are using the equipment in focused small-group sessions and structured conditioning plans. These resources are helping students understand the importance of consistency, injury prevention, and overall wellness.
