This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Help us create an awesome learning space for our math students! We want to make our math classroom a productive and tidy learning environment by getting new scientific calculators, dry erase markers, a new electric pencil sharpener, and cleaning supplies.
These materials will help students engage in fun problem solving tasks and keep our classroom clean.
Students are currently sharing scientific calculators, but I'd like to provide one scientific calculator for each student in the room. They love using dry erase markers and mini whiteboards to share their work with their peers. An electric pencil sharpener is frequently used in our classroom and it recently broke. We'll need a new one! With your support, our classroom will be a fantastic place for learning and creativity.
