My Project
Right now, many of my students rely on their phones for calculations, but not all of them have access to one in class. By providing dedicated calculators, every student will have an equal opportunity to participate in hands-on budgeting activities, interest calculations, and financial decision-making exercises without distractions. Pencils are another simple but essential tool—they allow students to take notes, work through financial problems, and make revisions as they learn. These supplies will ensure that all students can focus on mastering key financial concepts without worrying about lacking materials.
My goal for this project is to remove small but significant barriers to learning.
I want my students to feel confident and prepared when working through financial scenarios, knowing they have the tools they need to succeed. Personal finance is a critical life skill, and with your support, I can provide my students with the resources necessary to build a strong financial foundation.
