Environmental Science in a Hands on Way!

My students need a variety of manipulatives; such as wooden planks, blue prints, blocks, Playstix, and magnetic tools to learn about environmental science in a hands on way.

My Students

My students are amazing. They work hard and listen well. They love new technology and learning new and exciting things. They deserve to have access to anything and everything that will help them learn to their fullest potential.

My students are so hungry to learn new things.

They are active learners with a thirst for knowledge. My students are curious and inquisitive. They are constantly asking questions and I give them opportunities to search for their own answers.

My classroom is a safe place for students to make mistakes and learn something new every day, from themselves and each other!

My Project

Students will use all of these materials daily. Students will collaborate with one another in their learning groups to create a variety of environmental science projects.

The sky is the limit with these engineering and architect supplies!

Students will use the planks, magnetic and wooden blocks, blue prints, and sticks to recreate houses, parks, slides, and things they see in their daily environment.

These materials will have students using their critical thinking and listening and speaking skills. My students will have a better understanding of the science around them as well. Not only will students be creating the world around them, but they will be able to use their imagination, create, explore, and build things not even thought of yet!
