Help me give my students a new bass xylophone so that they can build complete works of art.

My Project
Simply put, my students love music. Their eyes fill with joy when they walk into the music room, especially on days when we will be playing instruments! I try to include instrumental performance in every class, but unfortunately, we have an incomplete set of instruments.
Every student has a voice in class, and every instrument has a voice in our ensemble.
With our Orff barred instruments (think 'xylophones'), we have enough high-pitched instruments, but absolutely zero low-pitched instruments. This would be equivalent to a band only having trumpets or an orchestra only having violins. It's also important to note that some students do not tolerate high pitches well; their ear prefers a lower pitch and right now, I can't meet those students' needs.
My students need this instrument to provide the foundational low notes required for a quality music performance. Since it is played similarly to our other xylophones, students will be right at home on the bass xylophone, all the while experiencing the fullness of the new sound. It is my hope that we can begin building our bass instrument section in order to create beautiful, complete works of art.
