This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Imagine a world where the spark of curiosity ignites a flame of learning and inspiration. That’s exactly what I aim to achieve with this project for my 4th graders. I’m excited to request “The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind, Young Reader’s Edition,” a book that tells the remarkable story of a young boy who uses his ingenuity to change his community.
By adding this book to our classroom library, I hope to foster a love for reading and encourage my students to dream big.
This story will not only enrich their understanding of perseverance and innovation but also provide them with a real-life example of how one person can make a difference.
My goal is to inspire my students to tackle challenges with creativity and resilience. Each child in my class is unique and brings their own special energy and perspective to our learning environment. With your support, we can empower these young minds to envision a brighter future and see themselves as capable of achieving great things.
