This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The ultimate goal of the project is to create animal and nature embroidery, especially for animals that are endangered.

The books will serve as a resource for which animals the students would like to focus on to create animal embroidery with the embroidery machine.

Our students have difficult lives. It would help them to feel they are contributing to society in some way. The students need to be more engaged in the world around them and see the importance of being proactive in preserving and protecting the environment for future generations.
