Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love the uniqueness that each one of my students have. They are a great group of kids, and are on different reading levels; when we do our small groups they all want to have the flexible seats so that they can read with a partner or individually. I currently have three flexible seats in my room and would love to have a few more, so that they can move around the classroom and have a good comfortable seat to sit on while reading. As a teacher I have tried to sit at their desk and though it's been for a brief time it is uncomfortable to be there most of the day; This would give them a nice break from their desk arrangement.
