Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students want to read books that they can identify themselves with. When teenagers identify themselves, they are able to make connections with the characters. In connecting their lives, they are able to express themselves with a genuine image of positivism.
These books will provide support in areas that will help them how to dialogue within the classroom and at home.
It will also create a sense of trust with their peers to communicate their emotions and feelings. They will convert their reading as a habit with their family and friends.
