Enhancing The Discovery Center with Interactive Learning Materials
Help me give my students the resources they need to engage in meaningful and interactive learning experiences in The Discovery Center by donating hands-on STEM kits, math manipulatives, games, and materials.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our school's Discovery Center is a shared space where students in grades K-5 can engage in hands-on learning through research, STEM, literacy, math, and science activities. We envision the Discovery Center as a place where students can explore their interests and develop critical thinking skills.
However, to fully realize this vision, we need additional materials to enhance the learning experiences in the Discovery Center.
We are seeking support to purchase the following materials:
* Hands-on STEM kits to facilitate experimentation and problem-solving
* Math manipulatives and games to support mathematical understanding and skills
* Science equipment and materials to support scientific inquiry and exploration
With these materials, our students will have the resources they need to engage in meaningful and interactive learning experiences in the Discovery Center. Your support will help us create a dynamic and enriching space where students can discover, learn, and grow. Thank you for considering this project.
