My Project

My goal is to connect ideas and integrate knowledge to help students better understand mathematical concepts through manipulatives. I want students to get excited during our math block. The manipulatives and materials will keep students engaged and excited each time we start our math block. Students will be able to select their math tools.  As they consider which tools to use, they are practicing decision-making.

Math manipulatives are great in helping students understand math processes and procedures.

The manipulatives will be used for math games, small group instruction, and 1:1 learning. with these math manipulatives, my students will have fun and become successful mathematicians!

Help me give my students math manipulatives and games to increase their understanding of math concepts while having fun.

I am requesting a variety of manipulatives.  I provided my scholars with worksheets/printable games for center activities. A color printer is needed.  Worksheets were normally printed at a printing facility. I am requesting storage cabinets for my manipulatives. In my list, I have included materials that will be helpful during my math block. The lack of resources at my school causes students to struggle more in math. It's time to bring back the excitement and more manipulatives and hands-on materials.

Through DonorsChoose, I am trying to supply my students with the tools necessary to improve their outcomes, which will benefit them. These classroom supplies will help us so much.
