Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students come from families with limited resources, which presents significant challenges in accessing technology for their education. Many students lack the necessary tools at home to complete research, engage in online learning, and develop critical digital literacy skills.

A classroom laptop would greatly enhance my students' learning opportunities by allowing me to create interactive lessons, support individualized instruction, and provide access to essential digital resources.

Integrating this device into my classroom will foster greater student engagement, improve learning outcomes, and help bridge the technological gap that limits their academic growth.

The requested MacBook Air will be used exclusively for educational purposes, supporting both in-person and virtual learning initiatives. Over the next semester, I plan to implement technology-enhanced instruction, track student engagement, and evaluate improvements in digital literacy. This investment will ensure that my students have equitable access to the tools necessary for academic success and future career readiness.
