Our school is Title I and also a trauma-informed school. Addressing the socio-emotional learning of each of my kids is now part of my "kuleana" or responsibility. Creating this project is geared toward the instructional objectives of enhancing students' self-regulation, focus, and stress management. This can be achieved by the integration of technology-driven mindfulness practices to support socio-emotional learning.

The Flowtime Biosensing Meditation Headband offers a unique opportunity to incorporate cutting-edge technology into our educational environment, providing my kids with a tool to improve their socio-emotional skills and academic performance. Neurofeedback training can improve cognitive abilities, leading to better academic performance.
