My Project
Education is one of the most indispensable tool and key to quality life. At present, the status of education is crucial especially in areas with less support and aid from both public and private sectors. Thus, the need for quality educators equipped with quality skills and professional skills is a necessity.
Most States lack the availability of teachers and teaching resources for quality in teaching and education as well.
Thus, the main purpose of this project is to raise awareness and collaboration among people of all walks of life to help mitigate the need for quality resources and quality learning environment.
Teacher’s participation in a " Professional and Leadership Development" training program focusing on effective planning, communication, assessment and decision-making is indeed vital and necessary in order to prepare them to the battle of teaching. The provision of 21st century technology is also vital for the teachers to complete and evaluate their skills and their teaching effectiveness. The magnitude of learning that the students learn is dependent on effective teaching and quality educational resources.
