This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am reaching out to you on behalf of our junior high physical education (PE) program, where we strive to provide a dynamic and engaging environment for our students to stay active, build teamwork, and foster a love for lifelong fitness. As educators, we know how crucial it is to provide the right equipment to help students learn and succeed. Our students are eager to participate in a variety of sports, but we are in need of some essential equipment to elevate their experience.

Specifically, we are seeking donations to purchase:

Court Line Markers: Our current court markings are outdated and often difficult to see, making it challenging for students to participate in team sports like basketball, volleyball, and badminton. New, bright, durable court line markers will ensure that our students can easily recognize boundaries and play safely and efficiently.

Volleyball Nets: Volleyball is one of our most popular activities, but our nets are worn and lack the necessary features to ensure a professional playing experience. With new, adjustable volleyball nets, our students will have the opportunity to practice and play in a way that mirrors real-world conditions, enhancing their skills and boosting their confidence.

Digital Clocks: Timing is an essential aspect of many of our activities, from games to fitness drills. Digital clocks will provide an easy-to-read, precise way to track time during these activities. Students will be able to stay on pace and improve their time-management skills, while also enhancing the flow of PE classes.

With your generous donation, our students will have tools to develop their athletic skills, work together as a team, and lead healthier, more active lives. We are excited about the positive impact these resources will have on our program, and we know that our students will be truly grateful for your support.
