My Students

My students need your help in providing new opportunities of play and discovery in our play-based kindergarten! A sun crystal for catching rainbows, heavy duty baskets for carrying wood, and a giant exercise ball for jumping on!

I have 15 students between the ages of 3 and 6.

They are sweet, innocent and very diligently building a community with one another via their PLAY! We play inside for over an hour each and every day with materials that are all natural and true. Each toy is open-ended allowing each child to create exactly what it living in them!

My Project

These toys will provide new avenues of play, discovery, wonder and excitement! I will create a song and a game specifically around the large exercise ball where during circle I will let each child have a turn bouncing up and down on the ball, rolling from side to side on the ball and running around the ball!

This project is SO important because play for the young child is their WORK.

Play is their direct link to the world around them. These materials will offer truth and opportunity in their learning.
