Enhancing Learning Centers for Our Little Learners
Help me give my students materials for their STEM and literacy centers. I am requesting for various STEM and literacy toys and materials that my students will be able to enhance their learning with during our daily centers.

My Project
I am a first-year Kindergarten and am into my second week of teaching. So far, I love teaching my students and enjoy creating a welcoming and enriching learning environment for them that helps them to develop in knowledge of a wide variety of subjects. I've loved seeing their passion for learning, whether it's through read-aloud time, applying math tools such as Unifix cubes to their counting strategies, or expressing their creativity through various art projects. Having center materials including whiteboards, puzzles, and Alphabet learning resources will help my students to have the necessary resources they need to expand their knowledge and educational experiences.
I love seeing my students grow in their love for learning and in developing the skills needed to spark their curiosity.
I work in a Title I school in which more than half the students are from low-income households. Many of the students at this school receive free/reduced lunches. Teaching Kindergarten, I strive to create a highly enriching learning environment for my students through having hands-on and practical activities for them to do during their centers, including STEM toys they can build with and literacy center materials that will help to enhance what they are learning in class. Each day, my students engage in learning centers and my hope is that I will be able to get more materials for my students to engage with in their center time in order to express and apply their creativity, knowledge, and growing skills.
