Enhanced Projects Galore!

Help me give my students basic supplies, a Cricut machine and supplies, and a binding machine. I became a Cricut Certified educator this year I would love to introduce using a Cricut to my students to enhance their various projects throughout the year.

My Project

There are several projects that can be completed with the materials I have added to my wish list. First, the Cricut Joy Package. This year I became a Cricut Certified Educator, and I would love to introduce students to this machine and show them how they can use it to enhance their existing projects. Including making title sections for posters, creating thank you cards, creating a unique cover to their journal projects.

In my classroom we do a variety of projects on poster boards, we also make "journals" from the past where students take on the roles of witnesses of history.

Both the Cricut Joy and the book binding machine would make these projects that much better.

Having the right tools for the job can have a positive impact on how much effort and pride students take in their work.

The remaining materials are consumables that every classroom will go through on a yearly, they will be used on various poster projects making the investment in this project beneficial across a wide array of assignments. I go through approximately 20 glue sticks a year and a case of markers would last several years to come when rationed properly.

The community where I teach has economically diverse students who could really benefit from having access to materials previously unavailable. For many students they have never gotten to experience working with a Cricut Machine or a book binding machine. This project will increase student engagement and have a positive impact on the quality of work that is completed and turned in.
