Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Arranging tables and chairs strategically can influence classroom dynamics positively. It can encourage collaboration, group work, and teacher-student interaction, fostering a more dynamic learning environment, especially in my class of 40 students, who feel crowded in the current arrangement.
The goal for this project is for well-designed and comfortable furniture that contributes to a positive atmosphere, fostering a sense of pride and respect for the learning environment.
Furthermore, it ensures that all students can comfortably participate in classroom activities. It promotes inclusivity and allows every student to feel accommodated.
What makes my students special is that many of them face challenges outside the classroom, yet they show incredible resilience and determination to excel in their studies. Their perseverance in overcoming obstacles speaks volumes about their character.
Furthermore, adapting to being enrolled in a class of 40 students with two preps within the same class demonstrates remarkable empathy and compassion towards their peers. Their kindness and willingness to help others create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
