Enhance Our Environment!

Help me give my students a more inviting environment by replacing broken trays where they would work and providing storage for free choice items.

My Students

I teach an amazingly diverse group of 7 and 8 year old humans! They are special because they come from different backgrounds and experiences and still we learn to get along, celebrate and learn with and from each other.

I think it's important for students to learn in a way that is comfortable for them.

For some that is sitting at a table, for others that may be sitting on the floor. I would like to provide options for my students.

I also believe strongly in the importance of play. I have purchased and had some generous parents provide toys and things that my students enjoy. The storage that I currently have them in is breaking so I am hoping that this option will help those items be more organized.

My Project

I am looking to replace some trays I purchased that were broken so students can work at a place that's comfortable for them should they choose. I also would like an organizer to house our free choice items to make things more neat.

New sturdy trays and a place to organize toys will enhance our classroom and make it a more comfortable place to be.

I am close to my goal thanks to a gift card for this site and hoping you can help us to reach our goal. Thank you to everyone who is able to help out all the students in our class now and in the future!
