it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are authors and creators. To foster a more supportive learning environment, I am seeking funding to acquire essential resources.
One key item we need is a wireless printer.
It will enable me to print student work, reports, and class materials in a more accessible manner, saving valuable class time. Currently, we lack a functional printer, and students use school-issued Chromebooks. A working printer will greatly enhance student learning by providing supplemental printed materials.
Additionally, we are requesting manual pencil sharpeners to ensure students have access to sharpened pencils. This simple addition will eliminate disruptions caused by searching for sharpeners or using dull pencils, helping students stay focused and engaged.
We also recognize the importance of addressing overlooked basic necessities, such as tissue boxes. By providing readily available tissue boxes, we can maintain a clean and hygienic environment, promoting the health and well-being of our students, which creates a comfortable space for learning.
Supporting our funding request directly contributes to the success of our students.
