This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach the best kids in the world. They are English language learners.

I am requesting tools that will create a dynamic, hands-on learning environment that meets the diverse needs of my English learners.

The movable whiteboard will allow me to bring instruction directly to small groups, making it easier to model language structures, vocabulary, and sentence frames in an engaging, visual way. Personal whiteboards will give students the chance to practice writing, spelling, and forming sentences at their own pace, while receiving immediate feedback during small group instruction. Accessories, such as markers and erasers, will ensure that all students can actively participate, revise their work, and build confidence in their language skills.
