This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have a vibrant classroom of 8th graders, many of whom are English language learners. As our curriculum is quite extensive, having accessible materials to boost their English language skills and build vocabulary is important. These materials will be used to help them achieve their goals. These 8th graders should experience different types of learning tools, so they would be more willing to experience new things as they go through their academic careers.
The 8th-grade class is full of students who are curious about the subjects we will be learning this year.
Also, I want my English language learners to be more comfortable with expressing their curiosity about the subjects.
