My Project
I have great students on my caseload. I love that they are willing to work and try new things to help engage them in school and work. Fine Arts students can resist traditional learning environments, and flexible seating allows them to get into their comfort zone. When I have my students with me, we work on emotional and social well-being, and flexible seating makes them more comfortable and more willing to open up and share with the other students and me. Students love using bean bag chairs, standing computer desk, and sitting on stools because they aren't like traditional seating. It allows them the comfort and security they need to become more focused and engaged.
