Engaging with Birds At Our School's Student Aviary

My Students

My students are awesome!

They have built and created one of the only full running Ornithology programs in the nation!

They have also constructed a fully functioning aviary within the school!

This has been a ground breaking program that has been very forward thinking. The students are now in need of supplies to make this run smoothly and safely for years to come.

My Project

These items ensure the safety and well being of our students, as well as the live captive animals that we house in our School Aviary! We have quite possibly the only functioning public school aviary in the nation!

Our school aviary has created a permanent home for many rescue birds in need of care.

Our students run the program by providing daily care, maintenance, feeding, and enrichment to the birds. In order to keep our area clean, safe, and healthy; we require PPE equipment and cleaning supplies. This project is a ground breaking project which provides students with hands-on animal care experience.
