Everyday is a new adventure in my classroom and I love what I do! My students are hard-working, unique individuals, who love to learn about new things. They have to overcome living in a rural, low-income area with limited resources.
My students come to me with very limited life experiences and it is my goal to introduce them to as many new experiences and opportunities as possible.
Every opportunity I can give my students will make a difference in their future.
My Project
Help me provide my students with Ozobot Bit Robots, which are mini robots. The Ozobots will push my students to think critically, design code, and create projects with technology! Students will learn to create a code to make the robot move.
My students are very creative and Ozobots are a way to integrate their creativity into academic learning projects.
The Ozobots will bring my students' thinking and learning to life. Their coding projects will be centered around their math and literacy learning. The students will create code to show how to solve a two-step problem or identify the literacy components in the story they have read or written.
