My Project

Seeking funding for bright, active wonderful students. Cheese-making can strengthen and engage student participation in a science focus in the Culinary Arts Program. I believe that introducing cheese-making into our curriculum will provide our students with valuable hands-on learning opportunities in the fields of food science, culinary arts, and agriculture.

The art and science of cheese-making fits in with our curriculum and educational goals of promoting hands-on learning, fostering creativity, and developing practical skills for our youth.

By engaging in the process of cheese making, the students will not only learn about food production but also understand the importance of food safety, sustainability, and nutrition in the foods we eat.

Introducing cheese-making into our curriculum will have a positive impact on our students' academic performance, critical thinking skills, and overall enthusiasm for learning.
