Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This year I want to find a way to make learning about Social Studies and current events more fun and engaging. While also being age appropriate for 1st and 2nd grade. I am requesting a Time for Kids subscription to make learning about Social Studies and current events more fun, engaging and meaningful.
This resource will help build background knowledge about the world we live in, while also, encouraging empathy by helping see from others perspectives.
Time for Kids will make learning exciting and meaningful, inspiring my students to become thoughtful, informed learners who love discovering new things every day.
