My Project

Included in this project there are 12 different sets of books, six copies of each, at a level D. Level D can be a very challenging level because students are starting to decode words and use strategies to solve an unknown word. Students can stay at this level for some time so we need many different titles to help them learn and practice at this level. Literacy Footprints texts are high quality and are very engaging. Students would benefit greatly from these texts while they are starting to take on the challenge of decoding words.
