This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students come from a variety of backgrounds including Hispanic, Vietnamese, and Punjabi. I teach 3rd grade in central California and my students have loved reading Storyworks but due to budget issues we will no longer be able to get it through my school district. I am writing this in hopes of obtaining copies of the magazines both online and in print.

This subscription comes with engaging stories, extension activities, and comprehension activities that help students achieve the academic standards in third grade.

This would help give my students the support they need in Language Arts to be successful.
