This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I work in a self-contained special education classroom with Kindergarten and 1st graders. Having to switch to online learning during these difficult times has proved to be difficult for my students as they need consistency, and a firm schedule. This project will help me to do that from a distance and help my students have some schedule in their lives.

My Project

I want my student's online experience to feel as close to the classroom environment as possible. With these items, they will be able to have an interactive and engaging experience as they learn from home.

These are challenging times, and my students should be able to learn even when it has to be from home.

I believe that my students can learn even if it can not be in a classroom environment right now. I look forward to seeing their smiles on their faces as they learn from a distance.
