Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

It is important that children are aware of the happenings of the world they live in, seeing as they literally will inherit what we adults will leave behind for them.

Children must receive age-appropriate information that they can understand and process if they are to be well-rounded participants in the world around them, and whose choices impact that same world.

TIME for Kids I believe will help do just that: inform them so that they can judge and evaluate for themselves, the impacts events have on them and others. They must be aware in order to be active participants if they are to be agents of the future they will inherit.
