Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are amazing second graders who love to learn! They come from different cultural and ethical backgrounds. These second graders love STEM experiments! They are special to me because I could see in their eyes how every day they come into the classroom eager to learn! They love science time because they get to do hands-on experiments! Also they are inquisitive children who are always asking why? They make my heart happy everyday! They are the motive I do what I do!

My Project

My students will use all STEM centers to expand their learning in the classroom, which will spark their curiosity and may lead them to discover what career they want to pursue. These instructional materials will benefit my students learning greatly because they are going to be engaged in the classroom! This will help my classroom greatly because these students have different cultural background and will morethanly not have that exposure in their home environment. They will love to come to school and interact with each other through collaborate STEM center group. I’m certain that my students will greatly appreciate it!
