This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have sweet and wonderful students that are on the Autism spectrum that fulfill my life. They are smart and creative and have unique needs. Students in my class depend on visual schedules, sensory opportunities, and tactile experiences. My students are 1st and 2nd graders. They have a variety of learning and sensory needs. The plan is for the students to use these activity kits during indoor recess and in our centers. Educational games are needed to reinforce skills taught since the beginning of the year.

I envision seeing my students flourish with these opportunities they can use to continue to grow.
