My Project

Our students are comprised of English language learners who need additional supports and practice by using engaging centers to practice and reinforce concepts within the classroom. The dry-erase boards align with the UFLI program that helps increase students' phonological and phonemic awareness by utilizing the highly researched-based science of reading to promote proficiency in reading and writing concepts. These supports will help students engage with the curriculum and receive additional small group supports with already made resources. Many of our students need hands-on manipulatives and practices to reinforce what they are learning in order to create more concrete and long-term recollection of what they’re learning.
