This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This HP Color printer, which is highly rated from Wirecutter, will allow me to create engaging signage allowing students to be more independent users of the library. Kids love to know where to go. Colorful and impactful signs will help our 1st through 5th graders locate the materials of most interest to them.
Dynamic shelving creates a bookstore-style experience in a library.
Signage in bold colors helps to achieve this goal. Our Title I school does not have access to color printers and this would fill a void and allow a more positive library experience.
We've received a grant to update the books in our library's collection. The books are so wonderful. This color printer will be the finishing touch in creating a great browsing atmosphere for our scholars.
