Help me give my students an easel to improve student learning and engagement! The classroom easel will be the hub for learning in our math talks and creating anchor charts.
I teach kindergarten in a high-poverty school in Georgia. I serve students with various abilities, including gifted, intellectual disabilities, emotional disturbances, autism spectrum disorder, and specific learning disabilities.
Many of my students are far below grade level.
Despite the challenges, my children are very enthusiastic and want to soak up as much as they can in the hours they are at school. With this easel, the children will be able to gather on the carpet and enjoy an engaging lesson while building anchor charts that enhance their learning. This will allow the children to be involved in making graphs and demonstrating their knowledge. This easel is going to help our class to become excited and engaged learners this year!
